Our family has had more than one great experience with Kevin Kelly at Hudson Valley Motorcar. Many people had told us about Kevin finding the perfect car for them at a fair price, taking care of small details after the purchase as good will and so on. We recently needed to make use of an extended warranty we purchased from Hudson Valley Motorcar. Like many people, we wondered how things would go when we took the car to the dealer for repairs under the extended warranty.  As promised, we paid for diagnostic time (minimal) and ASC (the warranty company) paid for everything else; a brand new AC compressor and all the related parts and labor. There was no discussion or negotiation with us or with the dealer. It was just taken care of and paid for. Kevin had told us, years earlier, that if we needed to use the warranty that we had nothing to worry about and he was right. We would recommend Kevin Kelly to anyone looking for a clean car in great condition at a fair price.

Larry - 2000 Jaguar XJ8

I recently bought a 2000 Jaguar XJ8 from Kevin Kelly at Hudson Valley Motorcar. He called it a “cream puff,” and he was right! The body, the interior, and everything under the hood were all spotless, not just for a car 14 years old, and it drove beautifully. We agreed quickly and easily on what I feel was a good price. Although Hudson Valley Motorcar is in New York, I wanted the car to be registered in Massachusetts, where I live. Kevin offered to bring the car to meet me (with a colleague trailing in another car), on the day I chose, at the registration office in Pittsfield MA, near my home but 64 miles away from him. The registration office demanded a document that Kevin did not have with him, so he told me to drive the Jaguar to my home and wait there for him while he made the 128 mile round trip to get the document, register the car, and bring the plates to me, where he put them on the car. I had not paid Kevin a nickel at that point! Moreover, Kevin did not desert me after I had paid him. I noticed that the documents in the glove department did not include the Driver’s Handbook; Kevin went online to find one for me and sent it to me promptly, at his expense. While the car had passed NY inspection, the MA inspector pointed to a problem with the parking brake; Kevin told me to have it fixed and he immediately and without question sent me a check for the $90 it had cost me.
